Terms of Use and Product Use

These terms describe use of the Evolve Quant website and digital browser tools sold by EvoLve Quant LLC (“Evolve Quant,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase the product.
Digital products and delivery
Products are delivered through Payhip as downloadable ZIP packages. After downloading, extract the ZIP file and open the included .html launcher in Chrome, Firefox, Brave Browser, Safari, Microsoft Edge, or another modern browser of your choice. The product does not require a separate installation, account, recurring subscription, or broker login unless a product page specifically says otherwise.
Keep the original download and use the included README, license, and disclaimer files. Product-specific instructions may identify supported browsers, file formats, or other limits.
License and permitted use
After purchase, we grant the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded product for personal or internal use. You may make reasonable backup copies for your own use.
You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, upload, or commercially repackage the product or its source files; share a download link with people who did not purchase it; remove license or disclaimer notices; or use the product to provide a competing hosted service.
Product boundaries and trading risk
Evolve Quant tools are software for planning, time reference, data organization, and trade review. They are not investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a promise of profit. They do not guarantee accuracy, execution, returns, or market outcomes.
You are responsible for checking inputs, conversion rates, imported files, calculations, and decisions. Some products use editable example rates or practical session windows rather than live market data. The IBKR journal is an independent tool and is not an Interactive Brokers product.
Updates and support
We may release product fixes, documentation, or updates at our discretion. Updates are not guaranteed indefinitely. For product questions, download problems, or suspected defects, use the Contact page and include the product name, version, browser, and a short description of the issue.
Support response times are not guaranteed, but providing those details helps us respond efficiently.
Refunds
Refund eligibility for defective or inaccessible digital products is described in the Refund Policy. The Refund Policy is part of these terms.
Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the products and website are provided without guarantees that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, Evolve Quant is not responsible for indirect losses or trading losses arising from use of the products.
Changes
We may update these terms when the products, checkout process, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
